Jane Goodall
|
Jane Goodall is the world's authority on chimpanzees. She lived around the "chimps" in the Gombe Game Reserve in Africa. She has been credited with helping millions of people to understand the importance of wildlife conservation to life on this planet and has won several awards for her efforts. Many of Dr. Goodall's articles have been published in the National Geographic Magazine throughout the years. Dr. Goodall also founded the Jane Goodall Institute in Ridgefield, Connecticut and she now teaches, writes and lectures about ecology and her observations of the animal kingdom.
